How & When is my product going to be delivered?

After we receive confirmation of your payment & order we will use your email address (automatically shown with the order) to send you your product's download links. This happens automatically for digital products and manually for new members signing up for Guerrilla Filmmaker access.

How safe is my personal information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. You can identify the security system by scrolling down at your cart page and spoting the (SSL) Icon.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of your cart page you will find a section labeled “Apply Coupon.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on your checkout page.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “YourCart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen to reveal your quick cart view from which you can select ''View Cart''. Once you click on the button, you can easily make any adjustments before checkout.

Can I request a refund or exchange a product after purchase?

When purchasing digital products (LUTs, Pre rendered VFX, SFX and other digital goods in the form of software, files, or digital courses), the buyer automatically waives the right of withdrawal, as digital goods/downloads become the irrevocable property of the buyer after the download. In this case, revocation is only possible if the buyer has not yet accessed the downloaded link files.
